A video purporting to show an HMP Wandsworth prison guard allegedly having sex with an inmate has gone viral. The video – which MyLondon won’t be sharing – begins with what looks like an officer performing a sex act on a man while a cellmate films the incident while smoking what appears to be a spliff.

 

The officer then stands up and kisses him on the lips, while the smoking cellmate boasts “this is a movie, gangsters wallahi”. The pair are then seen having sex.

 

Messages can be heard coming through via her prison-issued radio throughout. The camera then switches to selfie mode as the smoking cellmate looks on.

 

 

With her wedding ring on show, the guard then tells her lover to “sit the f*** down”. The clip ends with the man filming grinning and saying “this how we live in Wandsworth [prison] bruv. Yeah.”

 

A Met Police spokesperson said: “We have been made aware of a video allegedly filmed inside HMP Wandsworth. A police investigation is under way. At this early stage there have been no arrests. We are in close contact with the Ministry of Justice.”

 

 

A Prison Service spokesperson said: “Staff corruption is not tolerated and the former prison officer allegedly featured in this video has been reported to the police. It would be inappropriate to comment further while they investigate.”
